Our Services

Individual Counseling

Individual therapy involves 1-on-1 sessions with your counselor, who can offer a treatment plan that is personalized to meet your needs. Clients build a trusting, collaborative relationship with their counselor, developing healthy coping mechanisms and effective habits, among many other benefits.

Our counselors specialize in Substance Use Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Attention Disorders, Dual Diagnoses, and counseling members of the LGBTQ+ Community.

Psychiatric Services

Our Nurse Practitioner conducts thorough evaluations of clients to assess their medical and psychiatric needs. We offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), which combines medication with counseling to treat substance use disorders to help clients manage withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings.

Our Nurse Practitioner also evaluates for and prescribes psychiatric medications. These medications are essential for managing various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.

Group Therapy

We currently host 2 Anger Management Classes (a men’s group and a women’s group). Each group meets one hour per week for six weeks, and each session is run by Collaborative clinicians. The focus of these classes include the following topics:

·  Understanding anger
·  Defining healthy vs. unhealthy anger
·  Identifying personal anger triggers
·  Learning healthy alternatives for coping with anger

Telehealth

Telehealth is available for individual and group counseling, as well as case management services. At the Collaborative Center, all telehealth sessions are conducted with the same amount of privacy and patient confidentiality as an in-person meeting and follow HIPAA guidelines.
